January 4, 2023 News Update:
The Children’s Kiva Montessori Charter School will operate on a 2 hr. delay on Wednesday, January 4, due to possible dangerous road conditions in our area during morning travel. Supervision of students will begin at 9:45 am and school will begin at 10:00 am. We will resume a normal school day on Thursday, January 5, and we look forward to seeing your students then.
January 3, 2023 News Update:
The Children’s Kiva Montessori Charter School will have a two hour delayed start tomorrow morning, January 3, due to possible dangerous road conditions in our area. We will provide supervision for students starting at 9:45 AM with school starting at 10:00 AM. Again, school will have a two hour delayed start for tomorrow, Tuesday, January 3, at The Children’s Kiva Montessori Charter School. Updated at 6:00 am for full day closure.
We are also posting a new job opening for a Part-time Middle School teacher. Preference will be given to someone with a strong background in science and/or interventions. Please contact our HOS, Ms. Lurleen McCormick, for more information at [email protected].
January 2, 2023 News Update:
The Children’s Kiva Montessori Charter School will be closed Monday, January 2, for a snow day due to freezing rain, continued snow, and possible dangerous road conditions in our area throughout the day. We will resume a normal school day on Tuesday, January 3, and hope to see your students then. Again, school and all classes are canceled for tomorrow, Monday, January 2, at The Children’s Kiva Montessori Charter School.
