November 30, 2022 News Update:
Tomorrow, December 1, 2022, Kiva will have the following events:
- We will host a virtual site visit with Colorado Health representatives to discuss a grant application. Two or more Board members may be present for the discussion, but no action will be taken. Please contact our Head of School, Lurleen McCormick, for more information at 720-772-6603.
- We will have picture retakes for students who were absent on picture day. Please call our front office for more information at 970-564-9377.
- We will also have our monthly PTO and School Accountability Committee (SAC) meeting in person or virtually at 4:00 pm. We welcome all parents/guardians to join us and sign up for free membership at the meeting. Please contact our Head of School, Lurleen McCormick, for more information at 720-772-6603.
- We will also want to remind parents/guardians that our calendar does not align with the Cortez School District’s calendar. Please note that we will NOT have school on 12/19/22 and 12/20/22; however, we WILL have school on 1/2/23 and 1/3/23. On these two days, students will need to bring a lunch (and/or breakfast) from home, as lunches and breakfasts will not be provided by the school that day.

The Board Development Committee will meet weekly on Mondays at 9 am at 601 N. Mildred St. beginning August 22, 2022. More than 2 board members may be present. No action will be taken. These meeting are open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
